Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Issue Repeater for Jira app (the "App") provided by Runson Labs. By installing or using the App you agree to them. The App is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace, and your purchase and billing are also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and End User License Agreement.

Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with your Atlassian site in accordance with these terms and any applicable subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it to create content that is unlawful. You are responsible for the schedules and content you configure.

Availability

The App runs on the Atlassian Forge platform and depends on the availability of Atlassian's services. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runson Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
