Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains how Runson Labs ("we", "us") handles data in connection with the Issue Repeater for Jira app (the "App"). We designed the App to keep your data inside Atlassian.
Data we process
To provide the App's functionality, we process:
- Configuration you enter — schedule names, templates, recurrence rules, and settings.
- Jira metadata — project, issue-type, and field information needed to build and create issues, and the keys of issues the App creates.
- Execution logs — a recent history of runs per schedule.
The App does not require or collect your end users' personal information beyond the account identifiers already present in Jira (for example, an assignee's Atlassian account ID that you choose to set on a template).
Where data is stored
The App is an Atlassian Forge app. All data is stored within Atlassian's Forge platform storage, isolated per installation (per site), and is subject to Atlassian's own security and data-handling controls. We operate no external servers and the App performs no data egress — your data is not transmitted to Runson Labs or any third party.
How we use data
Solely to operate the App's features for you — creating your recurring issues and showing you their status and history. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-tenant profiling.
Third parties
The App does not share your data with third parties. It relies on Atlassian as the platform provider; your use of Jira is also governed by Atlassian's own privacy policy.
Data retention & deletion
Configuration and logs persist while the App is installed. Uninstalling the App removes its stored data per Atlassian's Forge data-lifecycle handling. You can also delete individual schedules at any time.
